Time to get married
The ceremony is such a special moment. You are about to become Mr & Mrs. You will be so excited at this point, but it's important to breathe and take in every moment. You'll want great photos of it all to look back on and relive later. So, here's some tips that will help you to get them.
Where and when can the photographers take photos?
Chat with the person conducting your ceremony about their policy regarding photos. Usually they are relaxed about it. But, some of them have had bad experiences with photographers in the past and are quite strict. A good photographer will be respectful at all times and usually only step closer when the rings are being put on and for the first kiss. The rest of the time they should be in the background. Make sure that everyone is on the same page with regards to when the photographers can take photos and which areas they can be in.
Anything blocking our view?
It is usually the case that the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen will be standing near the Groom when the Bride is walking down the aisle. But, once the Bride arrives and takes her place the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen should sit down at this point.
If you are decorating the area around where you will be standing during the ceremony, try not to have tall or hanging plants/ornaments blocking the view of the photographers.
More space for the photographers = more space fore creativity = better photos.
