Digital Products
All digital products sold by ZDP Photo & Film are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind after accessing or downloading the product.
Problems with Your Download
If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or believe that a file is faulty or corrupted, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and provide you with access to the product you purchased.
EU & UK Customers
If you are purchasing from the European Union or United Kingdom, you may normally have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within a specified cooling-off period.
Where applicable, by requesting or agreeing to receive immediate access to digital content before the end of the statutory cancellation period, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once access to or downloading of the digital content has begun.
